Hi, I’m Dr Sarah

I’m here to start a movement where burnout isn’t “just part of the job.”

I'm a life coach and former Emergency Medicine doctor. After coaching hundreds of burnt out doctors, lawyers, psychologists, business owners, and overachievers, I know burnout doesn’t just come from doing too little self-care.

It comes from pushing past your limits, overcomplicating your days, and carrying too much alone.
