If you tell yourself, 'Maybe burnout is just part of being successful,' it's time to think again.
There’s a better way and I’ve found it.
As a former doctor, I know that bubble baths and face masks don’t fix a life that’s running on empty.

I'VE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES
I’m not the kind of coach who tells you to just “think more positively” or “manifest your dream life.”
Most days, I’m walking my dog in wellies, voice-noting my clients a pep talk between coaching calls, or reminding someone that they’re not lazy, they’re burnt out.
The truth is I’m a burnout coach who used to be a burned-out doctor. I’ve felt the 3am dread. I’ve Googled “What else can I do with a medical degree?”
That’s why when I work with people, I focus on making recovery actually doable. I help you cut out the guilt, the drama, and the endless to-do lists. Because I don’t want you to feel like you’re barely surviving your own life.
I want you to feel like you’re the one in charge again - and you’ve got someone in your corner who really gets it.
I’m here to get you real results, not just good vibes.
Value 1: Emotional Safety
I’m right here with you and you can bring your whole self - this is a no-shame zone. (And no, you’re not “too much”.) When you can be real, raw and honest, you can transform.
My Story
Meet Dr. Sarah
I’m going to let you in on a secret: I never planned to become a coach.
Â
I was at a friend’s wedding, locked in a bathroom stall hyperventilating and fighting back the tears. I’d worked another 70+ hour week at the hospital dealing with emergencies and non-stop pressure.
My mind was racing, I couldn’t think of anything other than work, let alone make small talk with the other guests and celebrate my friend. I was beyond exhausted - I felt utterly broken.
